Formed in 1977, Remm Heating, Inc. has been dedicated to serving the needs of its customers in all facets of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. As a second-generation family owned business, we take great pride in providing trustworthy, quality service to our community and the entirety of central New Jersey. We emphasize cultivating a positive work environment conducive to retaining employees long term and minimizing turnover. How We Charge
Service Work
Unlike many other companies that charge by the job, we charge by the hour. When you hire an operation that flat-rates their jobs, you are paying for the worst case scenario because they have no choice but to build in cost for the unexpected. That means every time one of their jobs goes well, the customer overpays. That philosophy isn’t very fair if you ask us. With our billing method, the customer always pays for exactly what they get; no more, no less.
Installations
For all larger scale projects, such as change-outs of water heaters or HVAC equipment, we are happy to come out to look at the job and provide you with a complimentary estimate. When compared to the astronomical quotes of many other companies, you will quickly find our pricing on such jobs to be extremely fair and reasonable. On top of that, we pride ourselves on our problem-solving abilities and creative vision when it comes to providing you with the best possible solution. What We Sell
At Remm Heating, you can always trust that our craftsmanship will be to the highest professional standards. However, skill and technique are only half the equation in this business. The other half is the material being installed and the greatest installation in the world can’t compensate for cheap, shoddy parts and equipment. The last thing we want to do is create headaches and inconvenience for our customers because they had a job done with defects that just doesn’t work right. For that reason, we never skimp on materials and always use products of the highest caliber. Our pipe and fittings are always made domestically, and our equipment is always from major manufacturers with proven track records of quality and excellence.
